Exceptionally hardwearing, Flexigrid matting has been developed by Plastex for the toughest industrial applications where high levels of liquids and debris are generated by manufacturing and production processes.

Made from large 8mm 5/16" square welded sections of strong, flexible PVC and standing 20mm 7/8" high above ground, Flexigrid is designed to withstand the challenges of extreme amounts of dirt, grease and grime and extra heavy spillages of liquids and debris. This is because its large open grid construction allows bigger pieces of debris, including metal chips, to fall through the matting whilst automatically facilitating maximum drainage. In addition, the product's extra ‘aggressive’ tread provides added underfoot safety and comfort.

Plastex tests all its industrial and commercial products to DIN 51130 and Flexigrid meets the highest possible V10 rating for Liquid Drainage, dispersing 10cm³ / dm² and it also carries a high R11 slip resistant rating. Resistant to acids, oils and the majority of chemicals, Flexigrid can be loose laid and will contour over uneven surfaces. It is also easy to clean and to handle for removal and relocation purposes.

Flexigrid is an environmentally friendly product made from 100% recyclable PVC factory waste that is in turn 100% recyclable at the end of its use. The quality of raw materials and the welding method of manufacture that Plastex employs, further strengthen the product and ensure Flexigrid’s longevity and performance.
