Shipping and delivery
Once you’ve placed your sample order, we’ll send you a delivery
confirmation within 48 hours. When you receive your order will depend on
your location:
UK (Royal Mail 2nd Class Post): 2-3 working days
Europe (Royal Mail International Standard): 3-5 working days
US/Canada (UPS or USPS): Shipping times vary between states, but expect 3-5 days
Everywhere else (usually DHL): 7 days
If your order is urgent, please give our team a call on +44 (0) 1268 571116 to arrange an expedited service for an extra cost.
Due to the current global situation, some orders may be delayed.
We’ll do our best to get your order to you as quickly as possible.
Sample sizes
If you’re in the UK, Europe or anywhere else, your samples will be A4
size. If you order more than one sample of the same product, you’ll
receive one A4-sized sample, and then all additional samples will be 7.5
x 11cm.
If you’re in North America, South America or the Caribbean, your samples will be 8” x 10”. If you order more than one sample of the same product, you’ll receive one 8” x 10” sample, and then all additional samples will be 2 3/4" x 4 1/4".
