Your sample order
You’ve reached your five sample limit.
When you’re happy with your order, fill in your details and we’ll email you a delivery confirmation within 48 hours. When you receive your order will depend on your location – you can learn more about estimated delivery times below.
You can order up to five samples of each product. If you’d like to make a larger order, send an email to enquiry@plastex.co.uk or call +44 (0) 1268 571116.
Shipping and delivery
Once you’ve placed your sample order, we’ll send you a delivery
confirmation within 48 hours. When you receive your order will depend on
your location:
- UK (Royal Mail 2nd Class Post): 2-3 working days
- Europe (Royal Mail International Standard): 3-5 working days
- US/Canada (UPS or USPS): Shipping times vary between states, but expect 3-5 days
- Everywhere else (usually DHL): 7 days
If your order is urgent, please give our team a call on +44 (0) 1268 571116 to arrange an expedited service for an extra cost.
Due to the current global situation, some orders may be delayed. We’ll do our best to get your order to you as quickly as possible.
Sample sizes
If you’re in the UK, Europe or anywhere else, your samples will be A4 size. If you order more than one sample of the same product, you’ll receive one A4-sized sample, and then all additional samples will be 7.5 x 11cm.
If you’re in North America, South America or the Caribbean, your samples will be 8” x 10”. If you order more than one sample of the same product, you’ll receive one 8” x 10” sample, and then all additional samples will be 2 3/4" x 4 1/4".
