Our latest vinyl electrical insulation matting: Flexi Tred Xtra, a thicker version of proven Flexi Tred that has been tested in accordance with ASTM D178 and achieved a Class 1, Type IIB rating with a maximum working voltage of 7,500 V AC.
A heavy-duty, broad-ribbed textured mat, Flexi Tred Xtra is ideal for use in manufacturing and process industries where electrical safety is required.Manufactured from 100% vinyl, Flexi Tred Xtra is highly durable, easy to clean, and offers good slip resistance while being naturally resistant to acids, chemicals, and oils. Available in 10-metre rolls and four standard colour options to enhance working environments.

Flexi Tred Xtra's one-piece construction means installation is simple

We recommend adhering your mat to the subfloor using an adhesive suitable for heavy-duty or wet areas. Suitable options include F Ball’s Styccobond F73 PLUS, a single-pack, heavy-duty flooring adhesive designed for installing a wide range of floorcoverings; Styccobond F81, a solvent-free, two-part epoxy adhesive specifically formulated for use in areas exposed to surface water; or Styccobond F84, a two-part reactive epoxy adhesive ideal for securing a variety of sheet floorcoverings.
Keeping Flexi Tred Xtra looking good is easy
- Easy to clean with a vacuum or mop
- No special cleaning tools needed
- For deeper cleans, use an alkaline cleaning fluid diluted as per the manufacturer’s instructions
