Once you’ve placed your sample order, we’ll send you a delivery confirmation within 48 hours. When you receive your order will depend on your location:

• US/Canada (UPS or USPS): Shipping times vary between states, but expect 3-5 days
• UK (Royal Mail 2nd Class Post): 2-3 working days
• Europe (Royal Mail International Standard): 3-5 working days
• Everywhere else (usually DHL): 7 days

If your order is urgent, please give our team a call on +1 256 845 7725 to arrange an expedited service for an extra cost.

Due to the current global situation, some orders may be delayed. We’ll do our best to get your order to you as quickly as possible.

If you’re in North America, South America or the Caribbean, your samples will be 8” x 10”. If you order more than one sample of the same product, you’ll receive one 8” x 10” sample, and then all additional samples will be 2 3/4" x 4 1/4".

If you’re in the UK, Europe or anywhere else, your samples will be A4 size. If you order more than one sample of the same product, you’ll receive one A4-sized sample, and then all additional samples will be 7.5 x 11cm.
